SRCN was set up in 2004 to help the development of a movement based on grassroots community groups. 

What's in the website

This Initiative was inspired by the development of Village Movements in many North and East European countries.  You can find reports on several of these movements and an overview of the movements accross Europe here, as well as a description of this Initiative, what it hopes to achieve and how it will operate.
